We went over to the RoadHouse one afteroon, which is just beside the GoldStrike I did see people winning there at least a little to give them something to play on. So, we went to our room packed our things and drove home, I wasnt giving that tight casino another 1000 dollars. I went and asked the casino host and this older man, told me, I DONT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT!!!! He wasnt helpful at all. I just go upset and left, Thats just silly way of doing things. No one never told us that before, that was three different people, three different times and never were told that info. We arrived a hour early and was told, that we had to wait until the theater was filled up and we got to sit in seats that were left over. I then called guest services and she told me that it was first come and sit wherever you want. I called VIP services no answer, left a message and no return call. When we returned to the room, I noticed we were sitting in different sections from each other, infact way off., My husband and I wanted to sit together. The looked me up on her pc, handed me two tickets. Was told when I made my reservations over the phone to pick up my tickets before the show an hour or two ahead, which we did. My husband and I thought we would take advantage of it.

#GOLD STRIKE TUNICA BUFFET COUPONS FREE#
Being a VIP player they offered me free tickets to a show. This time my complaint is about the theater shows. We eat in the restaurant sometimes instead of the buffet, one gets more then enough food and the service is great. The compliments by many must have paid off. Its not the hotel, they are always great, At least this time, they had two buffet lines roped off and no rude cashier. I would if you had your own transportation. By not being able to know if I was going to miss my flight and the hotel could not even offer any assistance with cabs, shuttles or even a courteousy van I would not recommend this hotel to anyone from out of town who is flying in.

They came to the rescue of an histerical woman and even went above and beyond by canceling someones day off to drive all the way from Memphis to take me to the airport. The return back to the airport was just as stressful and the only thing that saved my experience was a company that works with the hotel at times called Unique Travel out of Memphis. All of the other hotels are owned and operated by one company and they provide a shuttle. There are no taxis outside waiting or shuttles connected with this hotel. Do not expect Tunica to be the little Las Vegas it was described to me. When I arrived at the airport there was no way to get to the casino. I had a problem being from out of town and flying into Tunica for the first time not understanding the transportation issues.
